Acceptance of the Terms

  1. By using our website, Castle Bingo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please leave our Platform immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Our Platform is only available for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
  2. You must provide accurate information when registering an account on our Platform. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Account Registration Rules

  1. Each user is only allowed one account on our Platform at a time.
  2. You must provide accurate information when registering an account and complete the identity verification process as required by us from time to time.

One-Account-Per-User Policies

  1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any duplicate accounts we may detect, including but not limited to: multiple accounts registered under different names using a single email address.
  2. If you attempt to register multiple accounts on our Platform in an effort to circumvent this policy, your access to all of those accounts will be denied.

Identity Verification and KYC

  1. As required by law or regulation, we may ask for identification verification documents to ensure that the account information is accurate. In some cases, this may include personal data such as a government-issued ID card or passport.
  2. You agree to provide any necessary documentation promptly upon request.

Account Accuracy Obligations

  1. It's your responsibility to maintain up-to-date and complete accuracy in all personal information you submit through the Platform.

Account Security Responsibilities

  1. For security reasons, keep your login credentials secure at all times and inform us immediately of any potential breach.
  2. Do not use someone else's account or allow anyone else to access your account without our prior permission.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

  1. When choosing a password for the Platform, select one that is unique and do not share it with others.
  2. If you suspect unauthorized access, promptly notify us in writing of any potential breaches.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

  1. Engaging or attempting to engage in any form of cheating, money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal activities on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable laws.
  2. We may refuse your participation if we suspect you are engaging in such behaviour.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

  1. Any actions which may cause us suspicion that a user has created multiple accounts, or have manipulated the outcome of games to affect other users, will be considered cheating on our platform and investigated.
  2. All identified cases would lead to removal from our services with possibility of additional measures as applicable.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. We reserve the right to cancel any bonus offer at any time if we suspect abuse or misuse by you or others using your account.
  2. To receive a welcome or reload bonus, you must meet specific requirements within the required timeframe as specified in each case on the site rules page.
  3. All our offers have different conditions that are described clearly before applying the promotional bonus.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. Each of our games has its own individual wagering requirement which is shown prior to opening a game or winning at it (the "Gaming Conditions"). By playing on any Gaming product, you agree to abide by those Gm Conditions.
  2. The following apply across all products: 1) Any Wager and deposit must be in accordance with the rules as set out within these Terms; and, 2) If no minimum requirement is stated then no such wager or deposit can occur.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

  1. Bonus abuse will not be tolerated on our site.
  2. We will review your account history to determine eligibility for any bonuses awarded from time to time.
